How to make Tropical Smoothie?
Now, this Healthy Tropical Smoothie recipe is so easy, I do not even call it a recipe. You will need only 5 – 6 ingredients to make the best Tropical Smoothie. When my kids return home after school, I treat them to this easy peasy tropical smoothie. They sometimes call it Mango Lassi too as it Yellow in color 🙂
You will need Mango, Pineapple Chunks, Banana, Coconut Yogurt, and Vanilla Extract for added flavor. Blend them together to make a creamy Vegan Smoothie.
To core the pineapples, I can highly recommend OXO Pineapple Corer. It’s a clever tool designed to core the pineapples.
CUSTOMISE YOUR TROPICAL SMOOTHIE
HATE BANANA – Leave out the Banana from the recipe and add 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup for sweetness.
TROPICAL GREEN SMOOTHIE – You have to try this Green Smoothie that taste’s like Virgin pina colada! To make this Green Smoothie, add 1 Cup Spinach, 1 Cup Berry, 1 Tsp Maple Syrup to this recipe. Healthy Green Smoothie is ready and let me tell you this doesn’t even taste healthy!

Hey Sandhya, your US trips sound so much fun! even we are planning to go there this August after 3 years of planning to see friends and family. Its such a busy life for everyone, gets so hard to take out time and coordinate with diff things to get everyone together.
The smoothie looks great, very nice set up. I am a fan of the mango and pineapple combo but never make it at home. Hardly gets that kind of weather here, isnt it!
It still feels weird to be back after this long break.. See you around 🙂
