I do not have a new story or a new experience to share this minute when I am drafting this post of Paneer Bhurji. All that I know is , it is simple and can be done in less than 20 minutes. Perfect to serve for Brunch over the weekend!

C lassic Aloo Gobi ( Potato – Cauliflower curry) is a dry curry with a mix of 2 bland versatile veggies , absolutely divine, blessing any dinning table at meal time. They pair very well with Phulka’s / Nan or with Rice too..
L ove this easy peesy method of preparing chole !! That too if I am using canned boiled chick peas.. Life cant be easier than this for making authentic chole!! I have prepared this on 2 different occasions and it has come out pretty well.
Simplicity is Divine! goes quite apt with this dry Curry. Very simple ingredients but very strong in flavours.This green leafy vegetable(Methi) though bitter… it compliments quite well with Potatoes…. Both H n me are potato n Methi lovers. One of our favourite recipes.. straight for my records.Enzoy….
