Easy Zingy Fruity Mocktail recipe in under 15 Minutes.
For some reason, I still feel we are in mid September. The weather has been fabulous last week, infact it felt so much like Indian summer . All that the weather demanded was some cool breezy clothing and a glass of cocktail / mocktail and laze in the garden. Play with the kiddos , paint some prop boards and just enjoy the last lag of bonus weather. But nothing of that sort happened !!
I enjoy my journey as a food blogger for some beauteous moments like this. One of afternoon’s when we were driving down to Harrowgate in July, I was casually skimming through my messages to kill some time whilst waiting in gangling traffic jams. Late Friday afternoons are not the right time to start on a long car trips.. Instead of a pleasure trip they become miserable due tail gating traffic, construction work and Rain ( most times). Anyways… The mail read Peruvian cuisine and I was really intrigued to know more about it.
“With each passing year we grow and learn..
With each passing year we progress…
Yes there are defeats..yes there are regrets,
but we need to be strong and rational for years to come.
I wish all strength and prosperity in coming year ahead. Happy new year to all!”
Coming to Paneer … Its such a versatile ingredient.. Its fun to play with it in my cooking. Use it as a starter or for a main course or for a sweet.. always well appreciated.
Paneer sandwitch is something which my mother used to make for us as an evening snack occasionally & its pretty quick.
