Tips to make this Best Smoothie Bowl recipe
Grab a Pre-sliced Fruit Bag from your grocer or Costco. These come really handy for making smoothies any time of the day.
Pack Homemade Pre-sliced Fruits in Freezer Safe Bags If you have an abundant supply of mangoes or other fruits, Slice them and freeze them. To pack the fruits for freezing, simply arrange the sliced fruits on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and place them in a freezer. When they are frozen, transfer the fruits to freezer-safe bags.
Banana – Adding Banana also give good thick consistency to your smoothie bowl.Â
Oatmeal is my favorite ingredient for smoothie bowls. They lend a good ice cream shake-like consistency and don’t let the toppings sink in.
DO NOT ADD TOO MUCH ICE OR WATER – This can cause your toppings to sink!
