Happy Friday!!
And, I have to treat you to these tongue tingling, super delicious Street Food – Masala Pav.

Since we have had a buzy buzy last week, it’s all about my favourite street food today. The week started off with a restaurant review on Tuesday and then pimping our newly converted workroom.. Did you check out my post? I had lost inspiration to blog, to write – literally to do anything last week. But this week is different.

Yesterday, I cooked up a large batch of Pav Bhaji – my favourite-most Streetfood for dinner, making sure we have enough portion for the next day. Pav Bhaji tastes better the next day ūüôā Do you agree guys?

Over the weekend, my inlaws left for states and the house is filled with vaccum. They were here with us for 6 weeks and we had the best of the family time. Kids had so much fun with their grandparents that they are feeling the emptiness all the more. They would have played all sorts of games everyday which were almost scheduled on an hourly basis. Kids the find quite unusual.. and something is amiss…
How we really wish we had family living next door.

We kept ourselves occupied soon after they left, right from Retail Therapy to catching up with friends on Saturday. On Sunday, we visited the car boot sale in the morning and the kids royally spent about 3£ each :)) And later on in the day, we were out bowling and phew!!

Again a brand new¬†Monday, we are all back to routine.. Well that’s life!

Okay now, Lets talk about this Masala Pav..
Masala Pav

What is Masala Pav?

Masala Pav is made¬†¬†by stuffing¬†Pav Bhaji¬†inside butter-laden pav’s ( dinner rolls ). . Does that make it simpler? Let me tell you, it is Lipsmacking.. You cannot stop with just one. At least 2 portions of Masala Pav with strong ginger tea will make your tea time perfect.. Heyy, but that doesn’t stop you from grabbing them over dinner too.
