Both Cottage Cheese and Paneer { Indian Cottage Cheese } are related to each other but different in terms of texture, taste and even usage. When the milk is split for the preparation, the whey is partially retained for preparing cottage cheese whereas the whey is completely removed from Paneer.
Cottage Cheese cannot be used as a replacement for Paneer Dishes like Paneer Peshawari, Palak Paneer, Paneer Makhani, Matar Paneer Butter masala or even Paneer Biryani.
Can I use Regular Granulated or Caster sugar instead of 0% Calorie Sweetener in this recipe?
Yes, you certainly can but in that case the recipe does not stay as low calorie.
