2 Minutes Chocolate Brownie in a Mug
Fancy satisfying your palate in no time,  try these 2 Minute Eggless Microwave Brownie in a Mug and you will end up craving over and over again.

Come New Year, we have decided to adapt to healthy living for the better life. Is there any necessity for over indulgence every day? It is necessary, we make wise positive choices in our meals along with minimal exercise to keep ourselves fit, rather than obese. For a while, the low carb diet has been in the air and we have been hearing about it from near and dear very often. When we heard it for the first time, it sounded totally irrelevant. Next to impossible!  But after our Amsterdam trip, we have been totally impressed by the results and its effect on the size and waistline.  I could not have imagined reducing a tsp of sugar from my Morning dose of warm drink .. And definitely not without a digestive!!! But Inspirational stories are eye openers.

2 Minutes Chocolate Brownie in a Mug

Our friends at Amsterdam were a classic example who took this strict regime as a challenge. The Husband referred as B was 80+ kilo’s and definitely had lost definition in his body. About 6 Month’s back, B and his wifey ( referred as A) decided to follow a Low Carbohydrate diet for 3 months with a little routine walking … Aftermath, it was a radical outcome. B had lost 20+ kilo’s with disciplinary routine set by his wifey in food and exercise !! His food habits had taken a positive stroll after that understanding the good and bad on his health. He had started making wiser choices while handpicking refreshments. We were just taken aback to see the results and often ended up talking about this across our  evening – midnight dining table conversations during our visit in Christmas. Amidst all this the naughty little girls would come around asking for their dose of warm Chocolate milk.  Reluctantly we wud push ourself to the scullery. We were quite luckily to have a  Combinational Oven at their apartment and it would speed up the process, leaving kiddos as Happy Bee’s…2 Minutes Chocolate Brownie in a Mug

Though we had been blathering about all the goodness and low carb diet, sweet cravings never ended.. Instead of baking the whole tray of brownies/ cakes, we baked some quick Mug ChocolateChip Cookie and Brownie that all of us could dig in one. Sometimes small doses of sugary goodness are just right for a wholesome treat !!

I have made these 2 Minute Mug Brownie & Cookie ditto in different Cup Sizes. And the result has been fab both the times. I would recommend using a wider Mug for your treat. Hold on.. if you are looking a Mug Chocolate Chip cookie Recipe, stay tuned!!

We had Kiddo’s at home when I made this recipe yet again, and they were motivated to finish their main course quickly.

    Hi Sandhya,

I love the neat space here. I am probably a cleanliness freak :-). The whites are absolutely brilliant. Keep up the good work. I am not a very regular at lingering. But I promise to be back on and off. Wish you a lovely new year ahead.

    Best Regards,
    Roy

Thank you Uma… It was really inspiring for us too, that we are a bit stingy on our carb now and eating wisely.

Sandhya, you know me and how truthfully I speak and you might not like my candid tone here.
    1. Everyone is different. What worked for your friends might not work for you. One of my friend only takes 20 grams of sugar a day (dietary) which means she cuts down her carb , fruits intake. I tried that and it did not do anything for me. Low carb diet is amazing but you should really consume your ideal carb (based on your body). You can consult a dietician. What I did, I bought a fitbit and I am trying to take 10,000 steps a day. I am also trying to eat moderately. It works for me, but might not work for you. So my first friendly suggestion would be to consult with a physician.
    2. I am not a big fan of any baked goodies made in microwave. 🙂 Again, that’s just me. I am a purist when it comes to baking goodies as I eat them once a month or less. However your pictures look amazing and I am sure all of you enjoyed it to the fullest. Hope to see some more amazing low carb recipes from you 🙂
    Take care
    xo
