Satisfy your sweet tooth, guilt free with these easy 5-Minute Healthy MANGO YOGURT POPSICLES! Four ingredients and five minutes is all you need.

Mango Yogurt Ripple Popsicles

Shall we have more Mango Treats ?  How about these  insanely easy Mango Yogurt Popsicles ?? And I have a valid reason to celebrate too..
BLOGGING JOURNEY SO FAR..

This post is really special to me !! My blog turned 8 years last week and its truly a rejoicing moment. Over the years, my blog has grown into an aesthetic Food & Lifestyle Blog! Last year, I has been an amazing year with blogging. I have been collaborating with various brands on recipe development, selling my images on stock photography websites and working towards diversifying into lifestyle photography too. Contributing to Superfood Magazine has been something I couldn't have imagined a few years back!
What a year it has been ! I really can't thank God enough, for being there with me always.

To celebrate these glorious 8 years of blogging synonymous with the soaring high weather in UK this week, I decided to work on a yummilicious frozen treat - Mango Yogurt Ripple Popsicles.

Mango Yogurt Ripple Popsicles

The temperatures has been soaring high at 26 C all through the week. And all we have been doing was to spend our days   - gardening, painting the fence, playing with kiddos in our yard and chilling with some real yummy frozen desserts often..

Yes Yes.. I am also talking about these 5 Minute Mango Yogurt Popsicles..  Two of these popsicles vanished right after the shoot. And the rest, right after school time.. My missy really couldn't wait for mummy to finish the shoot that she offered to pose with them.. And rest .. you can imagine how quickly these would have gone!! Kiddos call these delightful treats the BEST MANGO POPSICLES!

Ingredients for MANGO POPSICLES

Just 4 INGREDIENTS  and 5 MINUTES is all you need for this delicious mango yogurt popsicles recipe.

Mango Puree - Store bought ones works perfectly fine and its quite handy too. However if you have mango in surplus whizz it up in a blender to make some.

Green Yogurt - is thick and creamy. It give a good body to the popsicle recipe.

Honey / Maple Syrup - Either of them work great.

Vanilla Extract adds a delicious hint of vanilla to the popsicles. We love the subtle hint but you can choose to leave it out too.

HOW TO MAKE YOGURT MANGO POPSICLES?

To prepare Mango Popsicles, no blender/ food processor or any other fancy gadget is required, if you have some mango puree in your pantry.

If you don't have popsicle mould, don't you worry. You could even use small disposable plastic cups to make them as well.

Don't forget to print this recipe out for your little ones and have them enjoy the pure delight of making the popsicles.

I love the fact that we have left out refined sugar in the recipe and opted for Honey or Maple Syrup..

Simply stir the sweetener with the greek yogurt and set it aside.  Layer the moulds with alternative layer of mango puree and greek yogurt. Simply freeze and serve.

Alternatively if you decide to mix all the ingredients together, then we have some easy INDIAN MANGO LASSI POPSICLES.  Isn't that a great idea?

Serve your  easy Mango Popsicles as an after dinner dessert or for breakfast or even at playtime..

Just incase  you have any more mango puree left after making these popsicles, you could make my  VEGAN MANGO SORBET , 3 INGREDIENTS MANGO ICE CREAM !  You have all the more reasons to have lots of mango puree leftover 😉

Wow! These look so good. I love the white and orange swirl of the mango yogurt popsicles and the shot of the ice cream in the tin is lovely. Where did you find those popsicle molds? Would love to add that shape to my collection!
