Make my easiest Peanut Butter Cup Milkshake in just 5 minutes in a blender. It uses 4 simple ingredients, plus toppings if you like!

My kids tell me this Peanut Butter Chocolate Milkshake tastes just like the one you get at Treatz ice cream parlour in the UK or GBK! Since we also make our own chocolate ice cream at home in the Ninja Creami, the milkshake comes out wonderfully rich and creamy.
I’ve always loved making easy milkshakes like my Ninja Creami Oreo Milkshake, and this one is no exception. Make it in the blender or Ninja Creami - so good!

👩🏻🍳My Personal Tips & What Not to Do
I’ve made this Peanut Butter Cup Milkshake so many times, and here’s what I’ve learned.
- Always blend the milkshake just until smooth — over-blending can make it too thin.
- Don’t skip the chopped REESE'S Peanut Butter Cups on top. They really take it to the next level.
- And if you’re using mini peanut butter cups, remember to adjust the quantity so the chocolate-peanut balance stays perfect.
- Serve Immediately!
📋Ingredients
Complete list of ingredients and amounts can be found in the recipe card below.
- Peanut Butter Cup - I use Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup for making the milkshake and also chopped Reese's pieces for decorating the drink just before serving.
- Peanut Butter - its always smooth peanut butter( not a fan of chunky peanut butter for milkshake specially). I prefer Skippy brand and they are just so good to make peanut butter cookies and peanut butter overnight oats too.
- Ice Cream - I love using homemade Ninja creami chocolate ice cream. Homemade Ninja Creami Vanilla Ice cream also tastes delicious to make milkshake.
- Milk - Just to thin the consistency of the milkshake. Add more or less to your liking.

I'm not usually one for cold foods in the winter, but I make an exception for ice cream (and therefore, milkshakes!). Peanut butter and chocolate are one of my favorite flavor combos ever, and just looking at these makes me feel a little giddy with excitement. Pinning!
