How to make Indian Roasted Potatoes in Air fryer?

Indian Roasted Potatoes in the Air fryer are one of my favorite ways to make it. Marinate the potatoes with 1 tablespoon Sunflower oil and ½ teaspoon Ground Cumin, ½ teaspoon Ground Coriander, ½ teaspoon Chilli Powder, 1 teaspoon Garam masala, a pinch of Asafoetida, Salt to taste.

Air fry at 200 C for 18 minutes.

Drizzle a little lemon juice and garnish with coriander leaves before serving.

How long to cook roast potatoes in Air fryer?

Preheat the air fryer for 2-3 minutes at 390F/ 200C. Prep the potatoes and toss them in the seasoning of your choice. Transfer the seasoned potatoes to the air fryer basket and air fry for exactly 18 minutes. Flip the potatoes at halftime or shake the basket.

The smaller capacity air fryers like 3 quarts will need a longer cooking time, so accordingly add a few more minutes.
