My debut attempt with Chocolates is this pudding recipe.Crumbled bicuits in the bicuit tin came quite handy. Thanks to my lil boy who loves to crumble them.

INGREDIENTS:

White Sugar 1/2 Cup
Unsweetned coco powder 1/3 cup
Cinnamon Powder 1/4 Tsp
Salt 1/4 Tsp
Eggs 2
Milk 2 Cup
Vanilla Extract 1/2 Tsp
Vegetable Oil 1 Tsp
Crumbled Biscuits 4 Nos ( I have used digestive biscuits)

DIRECTIONS:

(0-10Min)
Preheat oven to 175 degrees C. Grease an 8×8″ baking dish.
All we need is 2 bowls . One for Dry Ingredients & another for Wet Ingredients.
In a small bowl, mix the sugar, cocoa powder, cinnamon, and salt.In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla, and vegetable oil. Add the sugar mixture to wet ingredients and stir until combined.
Cover the bottom of the prepared baking dish with an even layer of the crumbled biscuits. Pour the liquid mixture evenly over the biscuits. Using the back of a spoon press down the bicuits.
(11-55Min)
Place the 8×8″ baking dish into a larger high sided baking dish & then onto the oven rack .Bake it in preheated oven for 45 minutes . Get going with your house work, attend to your baby & watch tele until the pudding is set.

Let it cool for 5 min and serve warm with Custard(optional).
