What is ICED LATTE?

Iced Latte is a chilled Latte with layers of Ice, Cold Rich Espresso shot, Milk and a thin layer of Foamed Milk. Adding a sweetener is totally to one’s liking!

Is there a difference between LATTE & CAPPUCCINO?

In layman’s terms, there is a subtle difference between the two. Former has got more milk and a gentle layer of foamed milk whilst later ( Cappuccino ) has got less milk and an airy thick layer of foamed milk.

Iced Latte

No espresso drink comparison would be actually complete without cappuccino and latte.

Do I actually add Steamed Milk to my Espresso topped with Ice in an ICED LATTE?

No ..Not at all:) The recipe to make this Iced Latte is really simple. Make your Rich Espresso shots and allow it to cool down. In a tall glass filled with ice cubes, add the rich espresso, cold milk and cold foam 🙂 Sweeten it with Maple Syrup, Brown Sugar or even Vanilla Syrup.

Well there are TWO WAYS TO ACHIEVE COLD FOAM!
First Method to achieve cold foam to make it without a gadget is using a Good Old Mason Jar!! Add lots of Ice, Cold Milk as desired to a Mason Jar. Seal it tight. Shake it vigorously until foam is achieved.
Second Method – Melitta Cremio allows you foam the cold milk with a push of a button. Until I was recently sent one for review, I really couldn’t believe how simple it can be. Read all about it after the recipe post below.
