About this homemade Indian chopper salad -Kachumber salad recipe

This homemade Kachumber salad is a refreshing addition to any meal, and it's quick and easy to make with just 6 ingredients in 5 minutes. Whether you choose to dice the vegetables by hand or use a vegetable chopper for convenience, it's a great way to add some extra veggies to your diet.

I personally use a vegetable chopper from OXO, which makes preparing this no-cook Indian salads a breeze. While there's no strict proportion of ingredients, the combination of crunchy vegetables is what makes this salad so delicious.

I've kept the flavours simple to complement spicy curries. But you can also add spices like chaat masala, Kashmiri red chilli powder, or roasted cumin powder to enhance the taste of this fresh, light Indian kachumber salad.

Serve the salad chilled or at room temperature.
