About this Easy Korean Gochujang Buffalo Wings

We often make Buffalo Cauliflower Wings at home, sometimes with a buffalo sauce, orange sauce or with a Korean inspired gochujang.

So when Quorn asked me to create my own spin with their tasty Takeaway range, I wanted to create this delicious Vegan fakeaway recipe. These delicious Buffalo Wings are easy-to-prepare and perfect on busy weeknights.

Instead of ordering a takeaway, I opted to make Baked Vegan Buffalo Wings, tossed in a homemade gochujang sauce. Then garnished with white sesame seeds, spring onions and red pepper flakes, just before serving.
