EASY PEASY MANGO SMOOTHIE BOWL
Smoothie Bowls are wholesome breakfast meal topped with an array of favourite fruits, nuts, crunchy toppers and granola. We love this Quick Mango Smoothie and Strawberry Smoothie and they form a great base layer too.
I like my breakfast smoothie bowl a little more filling and wholesome too! To my make my healthy mango smoothie, I like to add my secret ingredient that makes our breakfast filling!
While creating my SMOOTHIE BOWLS, I also take into consideration NUTRITION, TEXTURE, COLOR & TASTE.

Ingredients you will need to make this Vegan Mango Smoothie Bowl are
Mango is the KING OF FRUITS and have some healthy benefits. It helps in facilitating digestion, promote healthy Gut, aids Weight Loss and lowers Cholesterol.
Yogurt – Either of them work really well – Vegan Yogurt , Natural Yogurt or Vanilla Yogurt
Oatmeal – Oats are one of the healthiest grains on earth. They’re GF whole grain and a great source of important vitamins, minerals, fiber and antioxidants.
Strawberries – An excellent source of vitamin C and manganese and also contain decent amounts of folate (vitamin B9) and potassium
Passion fruit – is highly rich in Vitamin C, beta-cryptoxanthin and alpha-carotene that boosts your immunity.
Pomegranate – has three times more antioxidants than red wine and green tea
Almonds – has lots of healthy fats, fiber, protein, magnesium and vitamin E. They can also reduce hunger and promote weight loss
Maple Syrup adds a hint of sweetness. But you can always leave it out.
Vanilla Extract is optional too! The add amazing flavors to this breakfast smoothie.
HOW TO MAKE THIS MANGO SMOOTHIE BOWL ?
By now you already know the secret ingredient in my Breakfast Smoothie Bowl with Mangoes. Yes, Its Oatmeal!! They add wholesomeness to the Smoothie that you can enjoy them as it is too!!
To make this Smoothie Bowl, simply add the ingredients into the blender jar and puree them until smooth. It will probably take you a minute. Oh my word, it was gorgeous looking and we licked the bowl clean with absolutely nothing to wash.
Boost the smoothie with lots of toppings that you love. Tropical Smoothie Bowl ready in less than 10 minutes!

TIPS TO MAKE AMAZING BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE BOWL
Grab a Pre-sliced Fruit Bag from your grocer or Costco. These come really handy for making smoothies any time of the day.
Pack Homemade Pre sliced Fruits in Freezer Safe Bags If you have an abundant supply of mangoes or other fruits, Slice them and freeze them. To pack the fruits for freezing, simply arrange the sliced fruits on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and place them in a freezer for sometime. When they frozen, pack the fruits in freezer safe bags.
Banana – Adding Banana also give good thick consistency to your smoothie bowl. You don’t want your fruits to sinking in.
Oatmeal is my favorite ingredients for smoothie bowls. They lend a good consistency!
DO NOT ADD TOO MUCH ICE OR WATER – This can cause your toppings to sinks!

Quick & Easy MANGO SMOOTHIE BOWL RECIPE

Ingredients
- 2 Cup Frozen Mango or 3/4 Cup Mango Puree
- 4 Tbsp Oatmeal
- 1 Cup Vegan Yogurt or Natural Yogurt
- 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup or Honey
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 Cup Water or Ice cubes optional
Toppings
- 1 Passionfruit Pulp
- 1/4 cup sliced strawberries
- 1/4 cup pomegranate
- 1/8 cup sliced toasted almonds
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a high speed blender and blitz until smooth.
- Pour the prepared mango smoothie between 2 bowls and top with Sliced Strawberries, pomegranate, passionfruit and sliced toasted almonds.
The color of that smoothie bowl is to die for! Amazing…
