This delicious mango smoothie in the bowl is made with only 5 ingredients and an array of toppings. It screams Mango-ey deliciousness and grabs instant attention from my family. Just like these Mango Coconut Overnight Oats.

Smoothie Bowls are wholesome breakfast meals topped with an array of favorite fruits, nuts, crunchy toppers, and granola.  We love this Quick Mango Smoothie and Strawberry Smoothie and they form a great base layer too.

I like my breakfast smoothie bowl a little more filling and wholesome too!  To make my healthy mango smoothie, I like to add my secret ingredient that makes our breakfast filling!

While creating my SMOOTHIE BOWLS, I also take into consideration NUTRITION, TEXTURE, COLOR & TASTE.

With this delicious mango smoothie as the base, I have added strawberries, passionfruit, pomegranate, and toasted almonds on the top. But the topping choices are endless - You can add blueberries, coconut, banana, granola, whatever you fancy.

What's in this Smoothie Bowl?

Ingredients you will need to make this Vegan Mango Smoothie Bowl are

Mango - Fresh or Frozen Mangoes will work well.

Yogurt - Vegan Yogurt, Natural Yogurt, or Vanilla Yogurt - Any of them will work really well in this recipe. If you are following a Vegan diet, use Vegan Yogurt.

Oatmeal - They're GF whole grain and a great source of important vitamins, minerals, fiber, and antioxidants. Adding oats to the smoothie will give a thick shake-like consistency. Alternatively, you can use a banana if you prefer.

Maple Syrup adds a hint of sweetness. But you can always leave it out.

Vanilla Extract is optional too! They add amazing flavors to this breakfast smoothie.

Smoothie Toppers - I've used Strawberries, Passion fruit, Pomegranate, and sliced almonds.

HOW TO MAKE THIS MANGO SMOOTHIE BOWL ?

Oatmeal is my secret ingredient in this Breakfast Smoothie Bowl with Mangoes. They lend a good consistency to the smoothie.

To make this Smoothie Bowl, simply add the ingredients into the blender jar and puree them until smooth. It will probably take you a minute.

Boost the smoothie with lots of toppings that you love.  Tropical Smoothie Bowl ready in less than 10 minutes!

Have fun with a combo of fruits for this bowl.  Anything that's got mangoes will be amazing.  We also love MANGO PASSION FRUIT COMBINATION IN THE SMOOTHIE BOWL.

Tips to make this Best Smoothie Bowl recipe

Grab a Pre-sliced Fruit Bag from your grocer or Costco. These come really handy for making smoothies any time of the day.

Pack Homemade Pre-sliced Fruits in Freezer Safe Bags  If you have an abundant supply of mangoes or other fruits, Slice them and freeze them. To pack the fruits for freezing, simply arrange the sliced fruits on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and place them in a freezer. When they are frozen, transfer the fruits to freezer-safe bags.

Banana - Adding Banana also give good thick consistency to your smoothie bowl.

Oatmeal is my favorite ingredient for smoothie bowls. They lend a good ice cream shake-like consistency and don't let the toppings sink in.

DO NOT ADD TOO MUCH ICE OR WATER - This can cause your toppings to sink!

Fruit Yogurts like Mango Passionfruit Yogurt add delicious flavors to the smoothie. Why not have a go at it?
