groovy food companyFolks at  Groovy Food company sent me a bundle to enjoy and review. The package included an Organic Coconut Oil Spray, A jar of Coconut Oil, Agave nectars and Omega Hi Five Cooking Oil.These are a bunch of amazing products for healthy replacement.  Good News is that they are giving away one bundle of goodness including Organic Coconut Oil Spray, A jar of Coconut Oil, Agave nectars, Agave nectar sticks and Omega Hi Five Cooking Oil worth 30£ to a reader of Sandhya’s Kitchen too. Scroll to the bottom to be in a chance to win them.

Agave Nectars are deliciously natural alternatives to sugar. How about beginning your day with a third less of sugar in your cereals? How about some guilt free treats by including them in the cakes and bakes?

The Coconut Cooking Oil Spray vouch they can never solidify and this is something that really intrigued me. Moreover, they just contain ONE calorie per spray. Great for frying, roasting and baking, it’s an exciting alternative to less healthy oils and fats and perfect for anyone following a low-calorie diet!

At lower temperatures, any coconut oil would and it takes a little effort by placing the jar in the hot water to bring them to a usable temperature.

As such coconut oil needs no introduction to Asians!! Off late it is becoming the voguish element around the world. One of the prominent ingredients for Daily Cooking, sauteing and tempering. It goes beyond the call of beauty for daily skin moisturiser and hair conditioner.  If you have got some chapped lips, use coconut Oil !!

Omega Hi Five Oil is a groovy blend of camelina, avocado, virgin olive, oleic sunflower and toasted sesame seed oils. They are stable at high temperatures  and its bonus for home cooks. It’s a stand-in for Olive Oil with the goodness of 5 cold pressed seed and fruit oils. Use them to dress your salad,  roast your potatoes or in your bakes too. 10ml of this awesome fivesome combination provides enough Omega 3 for maintaining blood cholesterol levels. Is that Great News !!!!

These products are available to buy at the major superstores across the UK.

Fantastic giveaway! I’d use coconut oil as a moisturiser, low level sunscreen and in cooking/baking as I’m trying to reduce the amount of dairy our family eats and coconut oil is a great alternative to butter.
