Can I hear some Yay for these Fun Double Layered 15 Minutes V-E-G-A-N Raspberry Matcha Popsicles?
Absolutely fun!! I will tell you why.. There is no set measurement in the layers. A little more of the Raspberry or a little more of the Matcha Layer won’t hurt. Both the flavors are gorgeous and they marry really well.

A few months back when T2Tea asked me if I would love collaborate on a recipe for their new Vanilla Matcha. There was no doubt at all. But I did tell them about my popsicle moulds { My mum dad will be bringing it back for me when they were returning from the US 🙂 .. They have been super patient. Thank you lovely folks!
Now that my most awaited moulds were here, no doubt, I knew that Matcha had to go into the moulds. Vanilla Matcha have beautiful umami, delicately sweet and simply divine flavors. My parents-in-law are here and school vacation is in force. We are always cooking a storm. So seldom I get the kitchen to myself to experiment and create a mess 😉
One of the days, when the whole family stepped out leaving me to have some ME – Time, I spent a few minutes watching tele.. Moments later, I was in the kitchen preparing my much awaited Raspberry Matcha Popsicles. I have had this recipe ready in my mind for a few days.. but sometimes I do like to do recipe testing with no one actually asking for me.
Well,it was a perfect day and I even got time to capture the making..
This Raspberry Matcha Popsicles has a 2 step making. Blitz the raspberry layer, strain it and set it aside. Remember to wash the blender before preparing the matcha layer if you are using the blender. You really wouldn’t want the greens to have any infiltration from the raspberries.
Pour the Raspberry Puree first in all the moulds, followed by Matcha layer. And freeze them together for atleast 7-8 hours before unmoulding.
There are so many ways of making the layers. A few people freeze the first layer before adding the second.. Choice is totally yours..
