Soya Chunks Manchurian is popular Indo Chinese dish paired with Vegetable Fried Rice or even Noodles. Try this new Protein loaded Manchurian if you are looking for an alternative to Gobi Manchurian or Vegetable Manchurian.
I made them to pair with my Fried Rice a couple of month’s ago hence its a bit saucy. If you like to enjoy them as a starter , make it semi-saucy or with a little sauce to cover the Soya balls. Very occasionally do we deep fry anything in our house, and I really mean it.. So deep fried treats once a blue moon is allowed. Don’t you agree:)
