Okay, so let me introduce you to these gorgeous bowls of indulgence – Instant Pot Tiramisu Cheesecake in Jars. I enjoy serving my desserts in mason jars particularly 4oz Ball Jars.
MAKING Pressurecooker Cheesecake in Jars is great for many many reasons
Small jars ensure portion controlled indulgence. This simple individual dessert portion does not stop you from reaching out for an extra serving 🙂 If you are like me, I would love two to myself ..
I call it make ahead dessert for parties! Making Instant Pot Cheesecake in mason jars makes it easier to transport the dessert to parties or carry it to work too.
Instant Pot Cheesecake does not have any cracks on the top & it does not dry up too. Basically cooking in IP keeps the dessert moist with the perfect cooking time & the atmosphere of cooking.
Huge advantage of baking in the IP than oven as you don’t have to worry about leaving the door ajar to cool down.
Now that we all know why make instant pot mason jar desserts, let’s quickly skim through the ingredients for this easy Tiramisu recipe.
INSTANT POT CHEESECAKE – Tips & Tricks!
Place the cream cheese and eggs out of the refrigerator a couple of hours before making Cheesecake. Both the ingredients must come to room temperature, before creaming them for the fillings.
I did an experiment for 5 minutes HIGH for one batch as well as 6 minute HIGH for the other. End result was great for both the batches.
Adding flour to cheesecake will give you a lump like cheesecake filling. So I prefer not to add flour.
Essence is to achieve jiggly like cheesecake. Something that is set in the edges and slightly wobbly in the center.
Allow the cheesecake to stay in your Instant Pot for min of 20 minutes untouched. Natural Pressure Release { NPR } works best!
Add the eggs one after the other and incorporate them in slow speed.
INGREDIENTS NEEDED FOR MAKING TASTY TIRAMISU CHEESECAKE IN JARS
Ladyfingers or Sponge Fingers. Traditional tiramisu uses savoiardi which is also ladyfingers biscuits.
Coffee. Two types of Coffee is what I have used in this recipe – Espresso & Instant Coffee Powder.I love to use Espresso Coffee brewed from my Melitta SOLO® & Perfect Milk
Cream cheese – Good quality of cream cheese is essential for making Instant Pot cheesecake. It must be brought to room temperature before creaming it for the cheesecake filling.
Eggs – Room Temperature works best!
Sugar – Caster Sugar/ Icing Sugar works better than granulated sugar as they will end up melting quickly with the cheesecake mixture. Whenever I make Coffee Cream, Icing Sugar is my option.
Don’t worry at all if you don’t have icing sugar handy. Just pop them in your blender and pulse them until fine.
Mascarpone Cheese – I call it the essence of the coffee cream for the perfect texture.
Unsalted Butter, softened at room temperature
Cocoa Powder for dusting on the top of the cream.
Now that you have gathered the ingredients for Tiramisu Cheesecake recipe, let’s look at how to make Instant Pot Cheesecake.

MELITTA SOLO® & Perfect Milk
I am actually smitten over my first Bean to Cup fully automatic coffee machine!! Yeah, it is all about great coffee from freshly ground coffee beans. Earlier this month, the team at Melitta sent me this slim fully automatic SOLO® & Perfect Milk Coffee Machine. I have been in love with it since then!!
Compact Design, Customisable features & Easy to use – are the three top features of this fantastic machine!
We quite like our cappuccino, latte & macchiato, however Espresso is just amazing too. I enjoyed using freshly brewed espresso for my Tiramisu Cheesecake. A good coffee dessert starts with a good coffee and that is exactly what Cafeo Solo & Perfect Milk does.
The cappuccinatore prepares perfect milk, right for every coffee speciality !!
Some of Top Features to highlight
Instructions – Easy to set up and instructions are easy to grasp.
Compact – Melitta Solo & Perfect Milk is a only 20cm wide so it takes up very little space on the kitchen counter. It’s time to rethink, if you have got larger bean to cup coffee machines!
Height Adjustment Coffee Outlet – The coffee outlet can be adjusted up to a height of 135mm to deliver one or two cups, mugs or latte macchiato glasses. Isn’t that a great feature? Be it either of the sizes, you can enjoy a great coffee.
Two Cups – Makes 2 cups of espresso or coffee simultaneously. At times we like to enjoy coffee with a friend/ partner together, so having two coffee at the same time can be handy.
Aroma-Extraction-System (A.E.S.) – Freshly ground coffee is moistened with water before the actual brewing, this releases the flavours in your coffee. Adjustment – You may adjust the coffee bean grinding degree and coffee strength in three stages until you achieve your ideal taste.
Customise your coffee Thanks to the dial control, you can easily customise your coffee, adding exactly the right amount of hot water and frothed milk to suit your taste.
Easy Cleaning & Maintenance – The removable brewing unit always guarantees perfect coffee pleasure. All you need to do – Remove the unit and rinse it under running water.
The interior of the machine can also be wiped out with a damp cloth.
The machine intuitively lets you know when it is time to clean and descale so you don’t have to worry about keeping things in perfect condition.
So easy to Use – I know , I have been repeatedly mentioning Easy with respect to operating this Bean to Cup Coffee Machine. This integrated LED symbol display on the operating panel makes it a child’s play to use. However, I would recommend to monitor your child while they make coffee for you.
Adjusting Coffee Strength or Choosing to descale or cleaning – everything can be done by just selecting the appropriate symbol on the LED display.
0-Watt switch– Solo® & Perfect Milk is equipped with a 0-Watt switch which enables to disconnect from the mains while your personal settings are retained.
This minimalistic compact bean to coffee machine is available in Black and Stainless Steel, retailed from 499£.
Enjoy the ideal barista experience at the comfort of your home with Melitta Solo & Perfect Milk!

If I put this in the springform pan instead of the jars how long do I cook it for in the insant pot?
Sandhya Hariharan says
I would say 25 min Pressure Cook HIGH. After which NPR which can take 10-20minutes.
Dash says
I would suggest sticking with the same phrasing throughout the recipe because saying 4-5 Tbsp of espresso and 4-5 Tbsp of prepared espresso mean two completely different things. One is coffee grounds and the other is liquid.
MJ says
Can I use regular gray coated springform covered with aluminum foil in the instant pot??? I read it above that I have to extend the time fir 25 min! Thank you for your kind answer
Sandhya's Kitchen says
You can use regular spring form!

I know it will no longer be Tiramisu, but I would like to try this recipe without the coffees (not fans of coffee flavour). Ant suggestions what could be substituted to go along with the Ladyfingers? Amounts?
Thank you

How about trying White Tiramisu from Nigella’s recipe- https://www.nigella.com/recipes/white-tiramisu. She uses Milk and White rum as a substitute for Coffee.
As I have not tried with the substitute, I may not be able to advise you on the proportions.
