Prep the Potatoes
Place the potato one at a time, on a wooden spoon and cut across intervals. Spoon stops you from cutting the potatoes through.
Brush with seasoning mixture
Brush the potatoes with the seasoning mixture.
Arrange in Air fryer
Arrange them in the air fryer basket. – .Select the AIRFRY program. Adjust the +/- keys to adjust the Time and Temperature to 180 C and 20 minutes. Press Start.
Turn halfway around
– At halfway time, turn the potatoes around once, so that the Hassel back potatoes cook evenly. –
–– For additional flavors, season with a little more butter/ oil, salt, pepper and minced garlic just before serving. – Serve with homemade yogurt dip and pesto.
