Mulling spices
2Inch Cinnamon
2Star anise
10Cloves
2 Bay leaves
30gDried Ginger
Orange peel zested
⅕tspNutmeg
5pods Cardamom
Instructions
In a large pot, add all the ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes. Turn off the flame and let them rest for 2 hours for spices to infuse.
Strain the spice mix, reserving cinnamon stick, orange slices and Star anise for garnishing into the glasses. Ladle them into the glasses and add the garnish before serving the alcohol free mulled wine.
