  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 Tsp Vita Coco Coconut Oil melted
  • 1 Cup  Vita Coco Coconut Milk Alternative
Blueberry Coconut Smoothie
  • 1 Cup Frozen Blueberry
  • 1 Cup Vita Coco Coconut Milk Alternative
  • 1 Tsp Maple Syrup { add more if you like it sweeter }
Raspberry Coconut Smoothie
  • 1 Cup Frozen Raspberry
  • 1 Cup  Vita Coco Coconut Milk Alternative
  • 1 Tsp Maple Syrup { add more if you like it sweeter }

Coconut Vanilla Chia Seeds Pudding
  1. Place ingredients for Chia Seeds Pudding in a container with lid and mix well. Keep them covered in the refrigerator and stir it every now and then until set. . Keep them refrigerated. Coconut Vanilla Chia Seeds Pudding will last up to 5-6 days. Just use as much as desired and pop the rest back in the refrigerator.
Blueberry Coconut Smoothie
  1. Blitz everything in a hi-speed blender and set them aside.
Raspberry Coconut Smoothie
  1. Wash the blender after Blueberry Smoothie. Blitz everything for Raspberry Smoothie in a hi-speed blender and set them aside.
  2. If you do not have frozen berries, add ice cubes while blending.
Assembly
  1. Layer 3 Tbsp Blueberry Coconut Smoothie, followed by 3 Tbsp Raspberry Coconut Smoothie and finally 2 Tbsp of Coconut Vanilla Chia Seeds Pudding. Go wild with toppings of your choice.
  2. Well I have 4 layers of toppings too - Sliced Strawberries, Blueberries, Toasted Almond Flakes and finally some Granola. Repeat the process with the other 2 cups..  You could play around with the layering too for some fun.
