Ingredients for Mango Mustard Dipping Sauce
1Large Mango - approximately 1 1/2 Cup
3TbspMayonnaise or Vegan Mayonnaise
1TbspMustard Sauce
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
Salt & Pepper to Taste
Chilli Flakes - Optional
Ingredients for Baked Tortilla Chips
2Wheat or Corn Tortilla
1TspOil for brushing or as needed

Add all the ingredients to the blender and whizz. Season with salt & pepper as desired. Add Chilli flakes if you like it spicy. Serve with Baked Tortilla Chips.
Instructions for Baked Tortilla Chips
2 Wheat Tortilla's brushed with Oil and cut into triangles.
Bake in a preheated oven for 8-9 minutes at 190C, turning once in between.
