This creamy blueberry smoothie is made with blueberries, coconut milk and maple syrup, blended together into a delicious drink. Perfect breakfast drink for a start to the day!
Add the ingredients to a blender jar and blend together until smooth.
If the consistency is thick, add some water and blitz again. Serve this blueberry smoothie right away or make them ahead at night and you could grab them as a breakfast drink in the morning.
