This creamy blueberry smoothie is made with blueberries, coconut milk and maple syrup, blended together into a delicious drink. Perfect start to a day!

Ingredients
  • 2 Cups Blueberries
  • 11/2 Cup ┬áCoconut Milk
  • 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup / Honey
  • 1/4 Cup Ice cubes or as needed
  • Water as needed optional
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract optional
Instructions
  1. In a blender pitcher, combine the ingredients and blend together until smooth.If the consistency is thick, add some water and blitz again. Serve it right away or make them ahead at night and you could grab them as a breakfast drink in the morning.
