Silk & Husk removed
Optional toppings / flavourings - Butter
lime juice, cilantro, salt & pepper
Instructions
Pour 1 Cup of water in the inside pot of the Instant Pot or any other pressure cooker.
Place the Trivet.
Pile the Corn on the Cob on the Trivet as many as you like. I have piled two vertically and stacked two horizontally.
Secure the lid, seal the valve and cook HIGH Pressure for 2 minutes. Quick Pressure release the steam.
Open the lid after the valve drops. Using the tongs, remove the corn ears on to a plate and serve with seasonings of your choice.
