Cucumber Lassi Recipe 
Cucumber Lassi is a delicious Yogurt drink to accompany an Indian meal. It works great as a hydrating beverage in summer.

  • 1 Cup cucumber peeled and cubed
  • 1 Cup Yogurt
  • 1/2 Cup water
  • Handful of mint leaves roughly chopped
  • 3/4 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Chaat masala  optional
  • 1 green chilli optional
  • Salt to taste
  • Mint leaves for garnishing
  1. Place all the ingredients in a jug and puree until until smooth with a hand blender. Taste and adjust salt to taste.
  2. To serve, fill the glass with a few ice cubes and top it up with cucumber lassi and mint leaves for garnishing.
Recipe Notes

If you like it spicier, add the green chilli for making this beverage.
For a change, add a handful of coriander leaves too.
