Cucumber Lassi Recipe
Cucumber Lassi is a delicious Yogurt drink to accompany an Indian meal. It works great as a hydrating beverage in summer.

cucumber
peeled and cubed

Yogurt

Handful of mint leaves
roughly chopped

ground cumin

black pepper

Chaat masala

green chilli
optional
Salt to taste
Mint leaves for garnishing
Instructions
Place all the ingredients in a jug and puree until until smooth with a hand blender. Taste and adjust salt to taste.
To serve, fill the glass with a few ice cubes and top it up with cucumber lassi and mint leaves for garnishing.
Notes
If you like it spicier, add the green chilli for making this beverage.
For a change, add a handful of coriander leaves too.
