Ingredients
3Granny Smith apples or any other apples
3/4tspCinnamon Powder
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 130 degree C or 200 F.
Core the Apples with Apple Corer. This step is optional.
Slice the Apples thin with a mandolin slicer. I set the thickness to 1/16inch setting and slice them thin.
Line 2 Baking Sheets with Parchment Paper and arrange the sliced apples. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake for approximately 40 minutes, turning the apples as you see the edge crumble.
Bake again for another 30-40 minutes.
Turn off the oven and allow the Apple Cinnamon crisps to cool for at least one hour ( max 2 hours) inside the oven.
Cinnamon Apple Chips turns crispier in the oven. Store them in an air tight container and enjoy munching them guilt free.
Apple Chips stays fresh for up to 4 days in an air tight container.
