Ingredients

Idli Dosa Batter

Onion - red onion or white onion or shallots
finely chopped

Green Chilli
finely chopped

Cup
Coriander leaves

Curry Leaves { Optional }

small Carrot, grated { Optional }
Salt to taste
oil for roasting
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, add onion, green chilli, coriander leaves and salt. Stir them to mix well together.
Heat a griddle or dosa tava.
Spoon in a ladleful of dosa batter.
Sprinkle the toppings mixture generously over the batter.
Add 1 tsp of oil around the uttappam and cook it in a medium flame.
After 1 - 2 minutes , flip the uttapam and cook in low flame for another 2 minutes until onions gets golden and slightly crispy.
Serve the prepared onion uttapam with chutneys of your choice.
