Gajar Halwa Cheesecake
Try these easy Individual No bake Gajar Halwa Cheesecake Jars. They are delicious, festive to be on the Diwali menu.

Instructions
Cheesecake base
Place the parle g biscuits in a food processor. Process them to crumbs. Add the melted butter and combine thoroughly.
No bake Cheesecake filling
Place the cream in a bowl and whip until the cream resembles a stiff peak.
ln another bowl, add cream cheese, sugar, and ground cardamom.Combine with a spatula.
Fold the cream cheese mixture into the cream gently so that the cream is airy and doesnt deflate.
Once the cream cheese mixture is ready, assemble the jars.
Assembly
Divide the biscuit filling between 4 -6 Jars approximately 1 tablespoon in each. Press it with the back of the spoon.
Spoon or pipe the cheesecake filling into the jars and then with
gajar halwa
.
Repeat with one more layer of cheesecake and gajar halwa.
If the serving glasses are smaller, just do one layer of cream cheese and
gajar ka halwa.
Top it up with nuts, rose petals and chandi vark ( if you have any) and serve.
Chill for 3-4 hours or until you are ready to serve.
