Indian Masala chai is a hot beverage made by brewing milk with black tea powder, spices and ginger.
You can increase or lower the spices to your liking. I like to add about 3/4 tsp of sugar to each of the cup. Allowing the brewed chai to settle in a pan for sometime will maximise the flavors. If you would like to use only milk for the recipe, use 1% milk I will not reckon using the tea bags as it is.. slit open the tea bag and use the tea powder for making this chai.
