Ingredients
1CupMango Pulp
½CupSugar or Honey
¾CupWater
Juice of 1 Lemon
2CupCold Water
For serving
Ice Cubes
Mint leaves
Lemon Slice
Instructions
Instant Mango Lemonade ( Easy Method )
Add Mango or Mango Pulp, Sugar, lemon juice and water to a blender Process to smooth.
Serve on ice and garnish with mint
Simple Syrup Method
Prepare a Simple Syrup - To prepare simple syrup, add sugar and water to a pan. Allow the mixture to boil until sugar is dissolved. Simmer for 5 minutes and allow the mixture to cool down.
Prepare the Mango Lemonade Pitcher
To a large pitcher, add mango pulp, lemon juice and sugar syrup.
Add Cold water and stir.
Add lots of ice cubes, just before serving.
Serve Chilled Mango Lemonade in glasses with a sliced lemon and garnish with mint leaves.
Notes
If you are using fresh Mangoes, peel the skin off and blend them to obtain a puree.
