Prepare the Ice cream maker bowl at night. Plastic wrap the bowl and keep it upright for atleast 10-12 hours. Ensure the freezer bowl is completely frozen.
In a high speed blender add cottage cheese, strawberries almond milk, sweetener, and blend until well combined.
Turn the appliance on, Pour the prepared mixture into the freezer bowl and leave the ice cream to churn for 20-25 minutes.
Add sliced strawberry slices just 5 minutes before the end of churning and allow them to mix thoroughly.
This will yield soft Strawberry Cheesecake Ice cream. For a firmer texture ice cream, transfer to an air tight container and freeze for 2 hours.
