Masala Pav is a delectable Indian Street food snack where Butter laden Bun is filled with spicy vegetable medley and topped up with finely chopped onions.

  • 2 Portions of Pav Bhaji
  • 4 Dinner Rolls
  • Salted Butter
  • Finely Chopped Onion
  • 1 Tsp Pav Bhaji Masala powder **
  • Finely chopped Coriander leaves
  • Lemon Wedges
  1. Heat a hot griddle pan with salted butter and toast the pav (dinner rolls). Sprinkle pav bhaji masala powder generously on either sides.
  2. Place the Pav Bhaji on the base of the Pav, 1/2 tsp finely chopped onions and place the top layer of the pav. Sprinkle pav bhaji masala powder on the top, onion and coriander leaves.
  3. Repeat the process for the remaining dinner rolls and serve hot Masala Pav with lemon wedges.
