For Earl Grey Gin Cocktail
Muddle together Lemon Slices,Ginger and Mint Leaves in the glass. Strain them if you do not like bits.. But I do, so did not bother to strain. Add gin, simple honey syrup, and juices in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake a few times before adding them to the glass filled with ice.
Top each glass with Soda water as needed, more lime wedges, mint leaves and straw. Enjoy the Chilled Mango Earl Grey Infused Gin Cocktail!
Notes
**To make Simple Honey Syrup, take 1/4 Cup of Honey to 1/4 Cup Water and heat them in a saucepan in low heat, just until the honey melts. Cool them and store them in a bottle to use as needed. For Teatotallers, Brew 2 Cups of Earl Grey Classic Tea and allow it cool. This should be enough for a few drinks.
