2Heads of medium sized cauliflower
4-5tbspcajun seasoning
1/4cupolive oil
2tbsplemon juice or juice of 1 lemon
salt & pepper to taste
Garnish
Chopped Parsley
Lime Wedges

50gcoriander leaves
1medium avocado
Juice of 1/2 lemon
salt to taste
1/4cupof water

CAJUN ROASTED CAULIFLOWER STEAKS RECIPE
Wash cauliflower and pat dry.
Preheat the oven to 200C.
To prepare cauliflower steak, remember to cut the cauliflower in thick chunky slices, roughly 1 inch along with the stalk. By doing so, you can keep the steak in one piece.
Layer the cauliflower steak slices on a lined baking sheet. Brush olive oil on either side of the slices. Generously drizzle lemon juice all over.
Sprinkle generous portion of the cajun seasoning powder all over the steak.
Place the cajun spiced cauliflower steak in the oven for 25 minutes. Flip them over and bake for another 10 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper and serve hot with Cilantro Avocado Chutney.
