Ingredients
2tbspchocolate chipssemi sweet
1tbspunsalted Buttersoftened
1tbspwhite Sugargranulated
1tbsplight brown Sugar
¼cupplain Flourminus 1 tsp
⅛tspvanilla Extract
1egg yolk
A pinch of salt
Instructions
In a microwave-safe mug, beat together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until well combined.
Add in the egg yolk and vanilla extract, and mix well.
Stir in the flour and salt until a smooth dough forms. Use a little flour less than a cup.
Stir in the chocolate chips.
Microwave for 40-60 seconds, or until the cookie is set and the edges are slightly crispy. ( 1100 wattage microwave)
Allow to cool slightly before enjoying.
