Ingredients
Raspberry Layer
2CupFrozen Raspberries
1/3Cup Maple Syrup
Matcha Layer
1tspVanilla Matcha
11/2Cup coconut milk
1/4CupMaple Syrup
Instructions
Combine the raspberries and maple syrup in the blender and blend until smooth. Strain the mixture and set aside.
Combine the ingredients for the matcha layer, whisk well ensuring there is no lump. Set it aside.
Divide the raspberry mixture between 10 moulds. Fuel the moulds to the top with the Matcha layer and insert the lolly stick. Freeze for at least 6-8 hours until firm.
When its time to serve, remove the popsicle moulds from the freezer and run them through tepid water for 30 seconds. Gently hold the popsicles and unmould them.
