Ingredients
*** 1 Cup Cashew nuts = 150grams
2Cups CashewNuts
2TspOilI have used Sunflower Oil
3/4tspSalt
3/4TspChilli Powder
1/2TspTurmeric Powder
Instructions
Preheat the Oven to 200C. Line the Baking tray with the Parchment paper.
Toss the Cashew nuts in the roasting spices and oil. Mix them well.
Spread the Cashew nut mix onto the paper in a line, ensuring there is no overlap. Allow it roast for about 5-6 minutes. Remember to turn them at this stage and cook for another 5-6 minutes.
At this stage, there will be no oil onto the cashew nut surface and they will be dry. Remember to take them out and allow them to cool. They will not be crispy at this stage.
Once they cool down, oven roasted cashew nuts will get crispy. Store them in an airtight container and enjoy them for tea time or binge on them while watching Netflix.
