Instructions
Directions for making Garlic Herb Roasted Potatoes
Scrub and Wash the potatoes and set aside.
To the Instant Pot, add water, potatoes and salt.Secure the lid, seal the valve and pressure cook for 8 minutes.
Quick Pressure release the steam valve. I did not have any remaining water in the pot.
But if you have any left, Drain any remaining water and place the potatoes in a colander or a steamer basket.
Press the Instant Pot to Sauté mode. Add 2 Tbsp of oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder to the Potatoes and give it gentle stir.
Allow the potatoes to sit in one place for 5-6 minutes before stirring them again. This allows the potato skin to brown and crisp.
Gently route the potatoes and allow them to sit for another 5 minutes until brown and crisp.
Repeat for another 5 minutes if required.
Carefully spoon the potatoes to a serving bowl, season with more salt and pepper if needed. Garnish with herbs and serve.
