Ingredients
2CupPumpkin Seeds
2-3 fat Pinch of Salt
1TbspOlive Oil
Instructions
Halve the Pumpkin and scrape out any seeds and stringy bits. Add them all to a colander and run them under cold tap water until the seeds are all rinsed and clean. Dry them with a Kitchen tissue.
Preheat the oven to 170 C. Spread the Pumpkin seeds evenly on a baking sheet. Drizzle oil all over and salt. Give it a good shake and spread it even again.
Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes + or until crisp and brown. The key step is to check the oven at every 10 minutes and move them around.
Season with any additional salt if needed. Store them in an air tight container or a mason jar. Enjoy munching as a snack or garnish your salads or soups with Pumpkin Seeds.
