Ingredients
1 medium to large Butternut Squash
Instructions
Place trivet in the steel insert of the Instant Pot.
Pour 1.5 Cups of water to the pot
Place the Whole Butternut squash on the trivet.
Secure the lid and turn the vent to sealing.
Pressure Cook on HIGH for 25 minutes and allow the pressure to release naturally. Natural pressure release took me about 20 minutes roughly.
Check with a knife to see if its cooked well.
Carefully remove the squash and place it onto a wooden board.
Scoop out the seeds and the outer skin into a bowl.
Transfer the Butternut Squash puree to a bowl and use as appropriate.
