Ingredients
450gturnipspeeled and cut into bite sized pieces
2tspolive oil
Salt to taste
½tspground black pepper
¾tspgarlic powder
1tspsmoked paprika
2tspbutteroptional
2tspparsleyoptional
Instructions
Prep the turnips - Wash, dry, top, tail, and peel the turnips into cubes.
Seasoning-Toss the turnips with salt, pepper, garlic, paprika and oil.
Air fry-Transfer the turnips to the air fryer basket and air fry at 190C for 8-10 minutes or until tender. Shake the basket in between.
Serve - Remove from the air fryer, toss with butter, season to taste and garnish with herbs.

Honey glazed Turnips
Ingredients
450 g turnips
2 tsp olive oil
⅕ tsp ground black pepper
⅕ tsp ground thyme or sage
salt to taste
2 tsp honey or maple syrup
Directions
Toss the turnips with olive oil, salt, pepper, and herb.
Air fry the turnips at 190C for 8-10 minutes Once it's tender and roasted on the edges, glaze the turnips with honey or maple syrup.
Air fry for another 3-4 minutes.
Remove the honey-glazed turnips from the air fryer basket and season to taste. Use maple syrup if you are on a Vegan diet.
