Quick & Easy Vegan Mango Lassi
Make creamy and delicious mango lassi with 3 ingredients in 5 minutes - perfect for breakfast too!!
Not Vegan, Use Dairy Yogurt in the recipe.

Ingredients

Mango pulp
1
cup
Yogurt or Vegan yogurt
1/4
tsp
cardamom powder
1/2
cold milk or water
Optional
Garnishes { Optional }
crushed pistachio
saffron strands
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to a bowl or blender jar.
Puree till you have a smooth consistency drink. I like to use my immersion blender to blend the ingredients together.
Notes
PRO TIPS FOR RESTAURANT STYLE LASSI
Add water or cold milk to adjust the lassi to the desired consistency.
If you find your yogurt a bit sour, adding milk will adjust the flavors of this lassi.
Use Ice cubes if you like the lassi colder.
Frozen mango cubes also work great in this recipe. Use a high-speed blender to blend smoothly when you are working with frozen fruits.
Vegan Yogurt - I like to use Coconut Yogurt or Almond Yogurt in the recipe
I prefer to use KTC Kesar Mango Pulp or Laila Alphonso Mango Pulp for the recipe
