Ingredients
1CupMango Chunks
1CupPineapple Chunks
1Ripe Banana , peeled & slicedOptional
1/2TspVanilla Extract
1/2CupVegan Yogurt ( Coconut Yogurt )
1/4- 1/2CupWaterOptional
Ice cubes as needed
Instructions
In a blender pitcher, combine the ingredients and blend together until smooth.If the consistency is too thick, add a little water and process again.
Serve the tropical smoothie over ice in glasses.
Notes
If you like your consistency thick - add 1 ripe banana to the smoothie mix.To make this smoothie without ice, use frozen mango and frozen pineapple chunks.
