Ingredients
2CupFresh / Frozen Mango ( 330g )diced
4TbspMaple SyrupHoney or Sugar
1Juice of Lime
1TspLime ZestOptional
Instructions
Place the diced mangoes, sweetener of your choice, lime juice and lime zest in a saucepan. Bring them to a boil over medium heat, stir frequently.
2 Cup Fresh / Frozen Mango ( 330g ), 4 Tbsp Maple Syrup, 1 Juice of Lime, 1 Tsp Lime Zest
Reduce heat and simmer for a further 10 minutes. Stir in between.
For a smooth sauce consistency, use a stick blender or a masher and process. ( Optional)
Remove from heat, allow it to cool and serve!
Notes
If your mangoes are not too sweet, add more sugar accordingly. If you prefer a little more zing, add another 1/2 -1 lemon / lime juice.
