Ingredients
200gWhite Chocolate
20Red Candy Melts
20Blue Candy Melts
Patriotic Sprinkles in Red Blue and White
Instructions
Line a baking sheet with a parchment paper or wax paper. I've used a circular pan for making the Chocolate Bark.
Heat 3-4 cm of water in a medium sized saucepan and bring the water to gentle simmer { barely minimum simmer }. Place a snuggly deep bowl on top of the saucepan. The bowl should not come in contact with water in the saucepan as this can cause overheating and cause the chocolates to seize. Add the 200 g White Chocolate to the deep bowl, stir with a spatula until smooth. Turn off the gas.
Pour the melted white chocolate on the prepared pan and smooth the top.
Melt the 20 Red Candy Melts and 20 Blue Candy Melts separately in the microwave. Melt the candy melt in increments of 20 seconds stirring in between. At approximately 1 minute - 1 minute 20 seconds, the candy melts will be smooth.
Add blobs of red candy melt and blue candy melt on top of the white chocolate.
Using a chop stick, stir through the candy melts to create swirls.
Add the Patriotic Sprinkles in Red Blue and White in random and place the prepared pan in the freezer for 20 minutes.
Remove from the freezer, break them randomly and enjoy these 4th of July Chocolate Bark.
