Place all the ingredients in a hi-speed blender or in a food processor until smooth.
400 g chick peas, 2 medium ripe avocados, 50 g fresh coriander Leaves, 4 tbsp water, 1 ½ tsp tahini, ½ lemon juice, 1 clove garlic, 1 tsp ground cumin, 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, salt to taste
Taste and add more lemon juice, garlic or salt as needed.

Transfer the Avocado Hummus to a shallow bowl. Garnish well with extra drizzle of olive oil, reserved chickpeas, coriander leaves and red pepper flakes.
