EASY HUMMUS RECIPE WITH AVOCADO
This is exactly what I felt when I whipped up this super quick Avocado Hummus a few days ago. Can I call it cross of Hummus and Guacamole? Well, it’s somewhere between them, but completely different too! It sure has the goodness of both but with its own individual character.
I have made it a few times now… and the bowl is licked clean every single time. When I made this super creamy Hummus last week, our friendly handyman who was working on our garage conversion came in, looking at the Avocado Hummus picture in my laptop, he said, I feel like eating them now. He has been working with us for a few years now and also partially helps me in sourcing my food photography backgrounds.
What he didn’t know was I had whipped a quick batch and kept it in fridge. A few minutes later, I showed up in the garage treating him to a bowl of avocado with hummus and oatcakes.
He loved it and said it’s absolutely refreshing and cool. All I needed for this hot weather. He was so keen in knowing what went into this great lip smacking dip so he could recreate the recipe for his fellow mates. How cool is that??
