Ingredients
115gUnsalted Butterat Room Temp
1CupCaster Sugar
2large Eggs
¼CupHoney
1Tspvanilla extract
2CupCake Flour
1tspBaking Powder
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F. Grease and flour the Bundt tin.
Using an electric mixer, cream the butter and sugar for a couple of minutes until they turn light and creamy.
Adding one egg at a time,beat the mixture for some more time
.Add Honey, Vanilla essence, flour and baking powder and mix for about a minute.
Pour the prepared mixture in the tin and bake for 45 -60 minutes.
Check by inserting a skewer, making sure it comes out clean. Cool for some time and un mould. Serve along with tea or just like that.
Notes
HOW TO MAKE CAKE FLOUR AT HOME? For every 1 Cup of All purpose flour/ Plain Flour , take out 2 Tbsp of Flour and replace it in the flour bin. Add 2 Tbsp Corn flour . Sift the flour’s together to make cake flour.
