Ingredients
2Beets12 inches circumference

Instructions
Scrub the beets well and wash them until clean.
Pour a cup of water into the inner pot of your Instant Pot. Place the stainless steel trivet that came along with your instant pot.
Place the Beet inside the basket and then on the trivet.
Secure the lid and turn the vent to sealing. Select Pressure Cook HIGH for 40 - 45 minutes depending upon how firm or soft you would like the beetroot. Natural Pressure Release.
Once the beets is cool to touch, carefully peel/ rub off the skin with ease or leave the skin on ( choice is yours ). Serve it to your liking in a salad, curry or whatever is your favourite.
